Note: This process is applicable only to rental purchased at shore access website.

Step 1:

Download the GuavaDrop App on Google Play Store or App store

Step 2:

Using the GuavaDrop app, scan the QR code attached to the rental Pocket Wifi.

Step 3:

Tap Activate Pocket Wi-Fi. Once you do this, the data package will also be activated.

Step 4:

Tap OK to start the Data Plan.

Return

Pack all the items and return them to the envelope including the charger.  

​

​

Return the device to our Office. 12/F Room 1243 Times Plaza Building Ermita Manila. Via Lalamove, LBC or you can walk in.
