Shipping Policy

Shipping charges apply are to be paid by customers which included in the SIM total cost. Free shipping applies to a certain volume of orders. 


Metro Manila area – same-day delivery within Metro Manila area via Lalamove including Saturday Except for Sunday and special Holiday. Be sure to select the correct delivery charge according to your delivery address. Delivery cannot process with an insufficient delivery fee. 


To qualify for same-day delivery in the Metro Manila area, a notice of verified online payment must be received before 3:30 PM. 


Shoreaccess provincial shipment is through LBC, to check if your area is covered please visit LBC website before posting your order. Due to COVID-19, some are might take longer than usual. Please provide sufficient time for shipping if you need the SIM card before your flight.


Please be sure that the address provided in the order form is complete and the receiver is available to receive the package on the first day of the delivery attempt. If the address is incomplete or the recipient is unavailable to receive the package, this will delay the delivery.


SIM Card activation:


To protect the interest of our client, some of our SIM Card will only be activated when the SIM card is received in good order.


Insurance
Shipping costs include a valuation fee, the rate of which is determined by the courier, based on the declared value of the order. In the rare case that your shipment is lost in transit, this declared value is the amount that will be refunded by the courier to us, and eventually to you.


Tracking
We will send you the tracking details by email or FB messenger and its waybill number.


Claims
The insurance covers only items lost in transit, and hence our liability is limited only to refunding the declared value of any item that may be lost in transit, duly acknowledge by the courier.


Shoreaccess takes great effort to ensure that the SIM is intact from the SIM Card case and sealed to protect any physical damage whatsoever that may be caused during shipping.


Any claims for any SIM Cad damaged or detached from the case upon receipt customer must inform shoreaccess by email immediately.
Note: We cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order if the item has already been shipped. If shipped, we will be unable to process your cancellation request and the item will be delivered to its destination.
