As an official distributor of AIS SIM2Fly products and services, we provide our support to our valued customers; however, our support is limited until you continuously top-up the same SIM card to our company.

We recommend not buying our AIS SIM Card if you are not interested in utilizing our top-up service to avoid inconvenience. In case you made a top-up from other sellers and encountered some problems, please contact them for any technical issues. We no longer provide any more assistance related to AIS SIM2Fly error due to incorrect top-up operation from other sources.

SHOREACCESS SIM Card returns

1) If you decide to return your unused AIS Sim2Fly or 3UK SIM Card you must return it to us within 14 days. Please note the SIM Card must still be attached to the original SIM Cardholder. If we do not receive the Products by the required date, if they have been used, broken, or if the Products returned are incomplete, then we reserve the right not to offer a refund.

2) You are responsible for both the SIM Card and any other Products until they are received by us and subject to a satisfactory inspection by us.

3) All returns of SHOREACCESS Products should be addressed and sent at your own expense to Customer Services (Returns), 12F Room 1243 Times Plaza Building Ermita, Manila, 1,000 Metro Manila, Philippine. Please note that proof of sending does not mean proof of receipt by us and you may wish to send such items by recorded delivery for confirmation of receipt by us.

Refunds (where applicable) are to be credited to the Credit or Debit card used for the original purchase after receipt of the returned Products.
Same day delivery applies to any destination within Metro Manila by LALAMOVE. To qualify for the same Day Metro Area Delivery, a notice of payment (via bank deposit, Express Padala, GCash/Paymaya, or PayPal) must have been received before 3:00 pm. This is to ensure that we can avail LALAMOVE Same Day Pick Up.
